Modern Wedding with Vintage Taxi at Tribeca Rooftop // Jessica + Jake

Capturing Jessica and Jake's big day at Tribeca Rooftop in downtown NYC was an absolute dream. The couple had put so much thought and effort into personalizing every aspect of their wedding, making it a true reflection of their love story.

The day started with the bridal party and groomsmen getting ready at the Mint House Hotel in the Financial District. There was so much excitement in the air, with everyone laughing and enjoying each other's company as they prepared for the main event. As a photographer, it was the perfect opportunity to capture candid moments of the bride and groom surrounded by those closest to them.

For the first look, we took a ride in a vintage cab to Staple Street in Tribeca, which created a beautiful backdrop for their photos. Riding in the vintage cab to the ceremony was also a great opportunity to capture more candid moments of the couple, adding to the already incredible collection of photographs.

After taken some wedding party photos on the street, we headed to the rooftop overlooking downtown Manhattan for the ceremony. It was held in the evening after dark, creating a romantic and intimate atmosphere. The stunning backdrop of the city skyline made for the perfect setting, with twinkling lights in the distance. Jessica and Jake went to great lengths to add personal touches to the whole day, but especially the reception, including drink stirrers with their dog's face and framed quotes from their favorite songs about New York.

Overall, we had a such a fun time because Jessica and Jake really trusted us to take some fun and romantic photos. Between the first look photos on the street, the sunset portraits, and the fun nighttime photos, we couldn’t have asked for anything more. We were so grateful to have been able to capture their special day and create lasting memories that they will treasure for years to come.
