Before the wedding:
- You get engaged and contact us!
- We check our calendar and see if we are available on your date.
- We meet over coffee, get to know each other a little, discuss your wedding day and go over coverage options.
- You pick out which package you would like, fill out, sign and mail the contract to our office with the deposit. At this point your wedding date is locked-in.
- Next is setting up a date to shoot your engagement session, which is included in all of our packages. We pick a location (or locations), talk about outfits, and take some great photos while getting to know each other.
- Your proofs will be uploaded to a personal gallery for viewing, ordering, and sharing with friends & family 2-3 weeks after the session.
- A few weeks before the wedding, we will email you a wedding questionnaire to fill out. This will give us all of the specific details we need to know the day of the wedding. Please fill this out to the best of your ability.
Day of the wedding:
- Enjoy your special day! We will be there to capture the emotions and moments in photographs that will give you lifelong memories.
After the wedding:
- 2-3 weeks after your wedding, we will post a blog entry with a few of our favorite photos from the day.
- 10-12 weeks after the wedding, we will upload your edited images to your online gallery or send you a USB drive.
- If you choose to order a book, the album design will be sent over for you to review 10-12 weeks after the wedding. Final delivery will usually be between 3 and 6 weeks after ordering.
